Changing Korean Office 2003 to English

(1/21) > >>

OnlyJoe:
Here is how to change the language of office 2003 to English.  This is slightly complex, but most people should be able to follow this.

First download the attached language files... This is a big file so I had to split it into two parts.. Get both parts, and then use that egg program that all Korean computer have or Win RAR to extract it.

Run the file called "Setup", follow the stages in the wizard for this. This is the English language pack for Office 2003.

Next, you need to change the language settings:

Go to the Start menu -> 프로그램 (Programs) -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft Office 도구 -> Run:  Microsoft Office 2003 언어 설정

This might take a little while to start.. Once it has loaded change both the drop down menus to "English" and click OK (the left button)..

Now when you open any office program it will be in English, all the menus and all the help information.

Hope this helps some people.

THANK YOU!

Do you know if it works the same way for PPT?

OnlyJoe:
It worked for me on all office products, including power point. But it must be Microsoft Office 2003.

Damnit. I would have loved you eternally for this had you not posted it in my 9th month! I've already dropped my computer from the roof....
