Well according to most reports PSN is offline till May 31st. When (or if -_-) PSN comes back on I'm going to check the forums for ps3 gamers and add you all. Maybe we can get some local hosts running and play some lag free games together etc.
Until then..... :-\

I played it when it first came off, but I couldn't get very into it. Didn't they bring out an expansion(s) for it?

Is anyone else depressed as hell that Mass Effect 3 has been delayed 'til 2012. I know the news came out a few days ago but I keep seeing it pop up and it depresses me all over again.

I get most of my video game news from Waygook.org at school because all of the gaming sites I read are blocked, so I find the news about Mass Effect 3 to be pretty sad :(.

I've got Borderlands too, I've heard it's more fun when you play coop. When the network comes back up add me and I'll join in. My PSN username is the same as my waygook username.

Hey charliepacific27, game review websites are also blocked at my school. Do this.. go to this website:

http://www.diglet.org/

Scroll to the bottom and type the game review address in. For example:

www.gamespot.com

click the SURF button.. and there ya go! You can use this proxy for most websites that don't require a log in.  :D

I just beat Dead Space 2. It was one of the best games that I've ever played next to the first one.

Oh man, the Dead Space series rocks my socks.  Unless it's a really good/fun RPG, I never start playing a game right after I finished.  First time I beat Dead Space, I took a breather, ate lunch and started my + game.

Oh, so, question for the community.  I have a korean PS3, when I go back to the States, am I going to need a converter forever after, or can I get an american power cord and the korean system will be able to handle the different current like my pc?

Cheers,
Thanks

I know for a fact the PS3 slims just need an outlet adapter or a new cord. I have a PS3 slim from USA and I plug it in with no issues. I don't know about the older PS3s though.

I really wanted to feel Dead Space 2, I liked the scare-factor but found the environments were a bit samey, tons of rooms with the same candles flickering and blood smears on the wall, it was fun though.

Still looking for something that will grip me like the MGS series and Mass Effect, yup I feel your pain about the ME3 push back, gutted about the 'The Last Guardian' too.

Curious about LA Noir hopefully it's more like Red Dead Redemption than GTAIV though!

I got my US-Copy from play asia. http://www.play-asia.com/paOScore/19-71-99-49-en-15-Mass%20effect%202.html
I bought the US-Copy, because you can't get the DLC on a US account from the Asia versions, but right now the PSN is dead lol. So it really doesn't matter atm.

I know what you mean. Did you check out the facial technology they are using? It looks boss. I think it will be more like RDR, because you will be a "good" guy. I liked both games, but RDR was far more epic. This game seems more around solving things and reading peoples' faces. The new facial details allow you to see people reacting to things you say. I only played GTAIV one time, but I still play RDR. I am glad to see they are venturing past the norms here. I always enjoy the Rockstar games. Some I just enjoy more than others. GTA III was amazing and I loved it. Vice City was great. RDR is amazing and the Zombie DLC is awesome. I never HATED a rockstar game, but some are just not on par with RDR and GTA III.

Here is the video about the facial tech in the game. It looks AMAZING. I pre-ordered the game not long ago.
