I have to tell people I'm from Texas because they either 1) don't know where Oklahoma is or 2) have never heard of it.  Do you do the same?

I'm also an Okie!  I've been in Suji (just South of Seoul) teaching for about 5 weeks now.  I went to UCO in Edmond.  I am trying to educate one Korean middle schooler at a time about where Oklahoma is.  I was so happy today when one of my students remembered the name of my home state...baby steps. ha ha.
