Hi there.  I am a new teacher and just moved to Korea a few months ago.  I am teaching K-2 & 6th grade at a public elementary school in Jukjeon (Suji).  Sooo happy to find this site with so much helpful information and am looking forward to connecting with and learning from you.

Hey,  welcome to Suji!

I'm from around Jukjeon stn. as well...I've teaching elementary been in Suji for the last 2 years and its a really great place to be, Korea-wise..

I am sure you will settle in well. Its a very nice area and the Tancheon river is always a great place to walk.

Thanks, everyone!  I feel so welcomed.  :D

@Christine, the monthly gatherings sound great.  I will check out your link, and I look forward to meeting some of you very soon. 

BTW, I am very happy to have been placed in this area.  I like the neighborhood.  The cafe streets are fun to browse and they even have a pretty good Mexican restaurant.  I also like that the Jukjeon Gecko's has a nice view.
