Hello!
« on: May 26, 2011, 11:36:20 AM »
I'm a Seattlite living in Seosan-si, next week marks 10 months in Korea for me.  I came to Korea to work for Avalon and was fired 2 weeks later, funny story.  This public Elementary job has been great, I've just started to really like teaching.  My job is also up for grabs in September.  Seosan is an awesome small town 1.5 hours south of Seoul, couldn't ask for better waigook chingus.

Hello from Seattleite to another,

Great to see that there is another Seattleite out there from the Emerald City!  PM me if you would like---we can share our experiences about Korea and Seattle!

Hi Settleite:

My name is David Acevedo.

I have been teaching at an Elementary school in Korea for two years.
Have a Master's in education.

I am interested in the teaching position in Seosan-si. Can I have an email address, where I can send my resume.

Thanks!

If you have a Masters in Teaching, I'm not sure if you would like teaching at public school with a coteacher.  There are better paying jobs out there at Universities as well as job sites geared toward teachers with credentials like you.  If you still want you are welcome to message me about my job.
