Adjective

He/she/it is minging

That's the present progressive, not an adjective. You could use it as a participle (as in 'Minging on his gf, he dicovered a new wart'). As an adj.? Maybe as in 'He's a minging lad' but it hardly sounds commonplace.

"minging
adjective                   
      
ming‧ing
very bad, unpleasant, or ugly:
