Youtube Downloader problems

Hey guys. This is stumping me. Youtube Downloader (the one from cnet.com) works fine on my home PC, but when I try to use it on my work computer, I get an error message all in hangul that doesn't let me copy and paste it to translate. It says one thing in English and that's something about the cache, but nnothing else.

Any suggestions?

You can trying downloading the video from keepvid.com-just copy & paste the URL into the box and your set.
