First Month Salary Deductions?

Hey Guy's,
This is my first time teaching and am very concerned about my pay. My contract says 1.9 million won. I got a deposit of 1.245 Million won. Where the f**** did my 700k won go? Is this the actual cash I will get every month? If so, I am buying a ticket home.
Who should I talk to? How should I approach this topic? Do we get pay stubs?
As you can tell, I am very concerned and lost.

EDIT:: I AM AN IDIOT. I Called the education ministry and was told this is my ENTRY ALLOWANCE. However in my orientation they told me I get my entry allowance after 6 months of teaching. Clarified.

First - you're an English teacher now. You should try to use your apostrophes a little more carefully.
Second, there are deductions for your damage deposit on your apartment, as well as your monthly deductions for things like tax, health insurance, school meals, etc.
500,000 is for the former, the rest is for the latter..

That sounds like the flight reimbursement. I got 1.5 million deposited a few days after I got my bank account, which was my flight/settlement allowance. I haven't seen if I got my pay yet.
From my understanding (I am new too), just act confused and ask. We get paid at a different time than the other teachers so sometimes there are problems at first, it's not a problem to explain that you don't understand how it works and need clarification.
Edit: Damage deposit? I haven't heard of this. I assume 500K out of the first paycheck and you get it back at the end if you don't screw up the apartment?

you're school admin should have your payslip. Mine is always hand delivered to me on payday, however friends of mine must always request it specifically. That will tell you where your money is.

your pay should have a deduction of around 200,000 won if you are on around 2 million. Just ask your co-teachers or admin staff........they obviously made a mistake. They did the same with mine the first month. for some reason paying me 1.6m instead of 2.1! I had to wait until next month but I got it back eventually
