This is so awesome! Any way somebody can find some sound files to go along with this? It would really make it perfect :)!

very well done although i am not familiar with that crazy arcade theme. I was flippin through the slides and noticed that having the 'whoo hoo' sound when giving points is a little out of place for the theme. Otherwise, everything else seems great.

Thanks for sharing. One thing I've learned is to always have some sort of back up game/activity (like this) in case your lesson finishes faster than planned or if you're told last minute about teaching a class.

I think this is sweet! The animations are great, and Spiderman is a nice change from Mario. If I had to say one thing, it would just be that there are a little too many negative point answers for me. I haven't checked Round 2 yet though...

Love the audio clips.

One question though: if I save it in the PPT 97-2003 compatibility version, what do I lose? One of my CTs doesn't have PPT07 on her school computer.

Hey Jauntwithjo, I'm really not sure what you'll lose:-( Try and see, but play the game before your students so there are no awkward moments!

Great idea but I am having some problems with it. When I select some of the racers and click on them, the game goes to the end and says goodbye, see you next time

I'm not sure if my student's have played Mario Kart but it's my favorite game of all time so they will be playing it regardless :)

Awesome work.

Edit: I had no trouble with the 5 racer version (original) which is big enough for my classes.

Here's a tech question. Sometimes I use a jeopardy ppt game but there is a problem.

After clicking on a question and answer, the computer won't change the color of that question on the board to indicate that it has already been selected.

Any way to fix that? BTW, my school's computers are old and the software is rarely updated.

Thanks if you can help with this nagging glitch.
