Here is a powerpoint activity I modified from another post on waygook:

-my co-teacher and I pre-taught the adjectives at the beginning of this ppt, and then asked kids who they thought would win in a fight between the two characters on the slide.
-students respond with sentences such as : _____ will win. ___ is strong/___ is weak.
-this also gives higher level students to use some of their additional vocab/English knowledge

Attached is the vocab and role play specific to this book.
I do make them a little more challenging. The exact vocab is on the list, but I've added a few more as well adding more lines to the role play so my students don't argue over who does which part (the book version only has three roles).

I hope someone can use this.

Here are two homework assignments I created for this lesson.
The writing practice one font size it 18 but it looks small, go figure. Anyway I used a special font for the tracing, so I put it into a PDF.
Yes, I'm that teacher, I give homework and enforce it, but hey they get stickers for doing it.  ;D
Happy teaching!

vocab powerpoint review - pretty but basic (covering adjectives and opposites)

I added more vocab than the book asks for because my students know those already.

Happy teaching!

My amateur crossword puzzle.
one very slight design flaw. 4 and 5 across touch at the end of 5 but it isn't actually making a word. Don't think it'll be too big of a deal since it's two letters. Feel free to tweak and repost.

The clues are in Korean and the answers are on the second page, don't do like me and print out 50 copies of the answer page; make sure you choose to print only the first slide/page. I am adding a PDF and the original ppt.

Happy teaching!
