1. Where do you want to live when you’re an adult? Tell me about the location, style of home, neighborhood and give me reasons why you want to live there.
2. What have you learned about America from watching films? Do you think this is accurate? Why or Why not?
3. Many people use computers everyday now and they are helping the world to become a global village. What are some negative things that occur because of computers and the internet?
4. As the world becomes more of a global village countries in it begin to resemble each other more and more. How has Korea become more like other countries?
5. Some people like to eat at home and others like to eat at restaurants. What are some advantages and disadvantages of both?
6. Some people think school uniforms are great and others think they are terrible. What do you think about school uniforms and tell me reasons for your answer?
7. What do you think is more valuable, knowledge you obtain from books and education or knowledge you learn fro seeing and doing things such as traveling?
8. The government wants to build a large new factory in your community? What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of this?
9. What is a good neighbor? Discuss the essential qualities using examples.
10. Some people like to have friends with common interest. Others like friends who are much different than they are. What are the advantages of both and what kind of friends do you usually choose?
11. Who has more of an influence on students, their friends or their families? Discuss both.
12. What has been your favorite class you have ever taken? Why was that class your favorite and how did it affect you?
13. Some people want to live in a traditional style house and others want to live in a modern apartment building. Which would you prefer?
14. Some people think that to be successful is to be rich. Do you agree or disagree? If yes, give examples and if not, how do you measure your success?

16. Can older people learn form younger people? Give some examples to support your answer.
17. If you moved to a new country, would you want to continue to follow your own countries customs or would you adopt the new countries customs? Discuss.
