World DJ Festival in May
« on: April 11, 2011, 12:52:45 PM »
Hey Waygooks!

Some friends and I are heading to this World Dj Festival coming up in May and I thought I might as well give everyone the link in case they haven't heard about it yet.

http://www.worlddjfest.com/

The site has both English and Korean.  Looks like there are some pretty famous DJ's coming to the event, like Markus Shultz, Judge Jules, Lazy Rich, etc.

Hope to see everyone there!  Happy Spring!!!

DO IT!!! I went to this last year, and its for sure been my best night out in Korea. they had quite a lot of stages and a selections of music.  last year they had the freemasons and some more housey music on the main stage, some hip hop I think- but I spent most of time at the second dance stage- dubstep,  d nb and psytrance-- a great party with a really bangin vibe :D

While on the topic of dance music...

Deadmau5 is playing in Seoul at the Walkerhill theatre on Monday May 9th. The next day is a national holiday (Buddahs birthday).

For those not familiar with Deadmau5, he was voted number 4 in lasts years DJ Mag top 100 DJ's.

Tickets are not cheap, 100,000won or 66,000 presale but it will be a great night especially if you like electronica/dance/house music.

Email vurecords@gmail.com for more info

Cheers
