I thought I'd share something. The internet connection in our school is unreliable so I downloaded the episodes. I initially thought I'd use VLC player but was unsuccessful with getting the Korean subtitles to work properly. I tried using Gom Player, and the subtitles worked, but then there was no sound as I was missing some codec. Even after downloading the codec, it didn't work. So, I tried KM Player, and everything worked, no problems! Just insert the subtitles as you would for VLC except that it actually works without having to re-configure fonts and such. It took me an entire work day to get to that point so maybe it might save someone else some time.
