Sayings and Expressions.
« on: April 18, 2011, 02:46:09 PM »
focussing on expressions, proverbs, idioms whatever these are, this is about getting used to knowing what they, i explain what an expression is and how they are used then click slowly through the pictures so that they students can guess what each expression is, then they have to try and work out what it means. give each group a cut out of all the names and meanings and get them to put them in order. if any of the smarter groups finish early give them activity 2 and get them to think about what it means,.
