I've just finished reading a Salman Rushdie novel. That's three of his books I've read so far and they've been great.

I am slowly reading the book titled North Korea: Nothing to Envy.  I am finding it very interesting as the journalists follows up with several North Koreans (years later) who defected to South Korea.  She asks them what their lives were like before they came to South Korea.

Picked up a few classics at Bandi and Luni's a month ago. Still working my way through Ulysses now. What a trip! ;D

I'm reading THE FAT FALLACY - The French Diet Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss, by Dr. Will Clower. A very interesting read. He trashes the American low-fat diet.

THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES, by Gary Chapman. A fascinating read!

Among others.

At the moment I am a big fan of Richard Wiseman. My favourite so far has been paranormality, but 59 seconds is pretty good too.

Finishing up "The Lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold - pretty awesome...
And speaking of awesome, if you just want a "bathroom book" you should pick up "The Book of Awesome" it is a clever read. Simple but makes you feel good thinking about some of the things it says.

I agree, this is well written book, but applaud you being able to get through it. It was a difficult read for me because of the content. I finished it but mostly because I have to finish books I start.

<3 So much love for A Song of Ice and Fire!

Right now, I'm reading I Capture the Castle by Dodie Smith. Its my first time away from Britain (well, for anything longer than a week away) and this book reminds me of home. Its awesome.

P.S. No. I do not live in a castle ;)

I am reading "A Storm of Swords" by George R.R. Martin.  I am reading a little bit a day as I am busy.

Just started Freakonomics. The last tenant of my place left it behind so I figured I give it a go. Seems pretty interesting so far (half a chapter in :P).

Currently, I'm reading the Outlander series, by Diana Gabaldon. It's pretty good (I'm only on the first one), which is surprising, because I never thought I was the historical fiction/fantasy type of person...

For any wrestling fans, or former wrestling fans (like myself), I finished "Undisputed" by Chris Jericho.  It's his second book, both are entertaining reads.

I'm reading Room by Emma Donoghue at the moment.
I have mixed fellings about it.
