In Chungju with an F-4 visa - looking for a job

I recently arrived here and am staying with a friend until I can find a job.  I would prefer to be around Chungju, but am also looking for opportunities in Daejeon, Cheongju, and Seoul.  With all the horror stories out there, I'm a bit wary about blindly searching, so leads with information based on experience would be appreciated!

Hi! I'm not sure if you have found a job yet, but I am looking for a sub for two days in the next few weeks and was wondering if you would be interested.  I would pay you $175 & that would include housing for the night before the two days up until the afternoon of the last day.  The location is Chubu which is 20 minutes south of Daejeon.
