I run a photo site that covers the following three topics:

-underground music in Korea
-urban exploration
-my cats

Hi everyone, I've just found out that I've passed my EPIK interview so hopefully will be off to teach in Korea from February 2012. I've kept a blog of the application process so far, interspersed with my usual blog rambles:

I taught in Korea for the 2010-2011 school year and I've been home for over 6 months, but I am now in the process of returning for a second year and the perspective that coming back for a 2nd year (after being away for a year) and how that changes how I look at teaching and living in Korea.

I blog about Korean language (mostly) and Korean culture (some) over at my Acquiring Korean blog. Besides blogging my own language learning/culture learning journey I also post a lot of resources for coming to grips better with Korean. :)

I have been updating mine for over a year now about my experiences and learning the other half of me- I am a Korean-American! ;D
