Does anyone know of a professional hair salon in Ulsan for female hair? It would be nice if they speak English as well!

Thanks!

Ey no I'm sorry I don't know a hair salon in Ulsan.  But I want to ask if you maybe know of a good place to go in Daegu?  My friend is also looking for a hair salon.

Toni&Guy in Samsan-dong is a good place. The stylists and receptionists speak great English. One of the receptionists used to teach English and loves to discuss English literature with me. You'll find the salon across the street from the Lotte Hotel. The number is 052-272-0934.

A Mod's Hair just opened up in the building next to Toni and Guy.  They used to have a shop a couple of years ago in the same place where Toni and Guy now is.  I haven't been to the new one, but I liked the old one a lot.  Probably in the same price range as Toni and Guy.

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of a good hair salon in Seoul that has experience cutting and dying Caucasian hair?

I had a terrible experience at Toni & Guy.  I think they're probably fine if your request is less complicated than mine, though.  I wouldn't really trust them with bleach if you have short hair.  They did a number on my scalp and used the opportunity to sell me another treatment.  Also, although the receptionist spoke English pretty well when I was there, I had the impression that the person cutting my hair was just nodding and pretending to understand a lot of what I said.  The first thing she cut was where I expressly said I wanted to leave the length as it was.

I recently went to a much smaller salon in Busan, and had a much better experience on all levels.
