TaLK Scholars: Are You Leaving an Awesome School?

I am finishing my first year as a TaLK Scholar and I am considering renewing my contract, but I am thinking about switching to another school. Don't get me wrong, I love my school, but I am a vegetarian and living in a very, very small and isolated town. So if you are a TaLK scholar and you are leaving a great school that is not so isolated, I would love to hear about it! Tell me everything about it. How are the teachers/staff? Do you teach any overtime hours? How big is the school? Where is it located? I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

IDK if I am leaving or not.

That all depends on my principal - he refused extension for the previous girl and might have added to the numerous reasons she pulled a midnight runner... On the TALK program of all things.

So while I have made amends, cleaned the filthy apartment she left behind, love my MT/coteachers etc. I don't think I am leaving a "great" school in the traditional sense of the word... If I do leave. I just made do with what I had and found happiness in other things. My kids for the most part are great ( except the 3rd and 4th....)
