I modified an intro ppt I got here, thanks to original poster and added an explanation to a matching card game using the cards in the book.

There is a blank slide for parents as I had my parents pic in there.

Here's a game you can use for students to practice giving and receiving gifts.  In my class, each team picks one mystery gift each round, which is worth a certain number of points.  When they find out what the gift is, they say 'It's a __________. Thank you.'  The rest of the class then says 'You're Welcome'.  It's possible to make the dialogue simpler/ more complicated as you prefer.
