Here's a madlibs type activity. I showed ppt and left examples while they worked in pairs. They loved it ^^ I used my name and my coteachers names, so be sure to change the names.

Here is a game:
This is how it works:
1. Each group will choose one item such as a pencil, notebook, cap, ruler. They should choose an item that the other groups will not know.
2. You should pretend to be the owner of the item, and make reasons why you are the owner.
For example, “It's mine. My mom gave it to me last year."
or "It's not mine. I don't like yellow."
All group members can say, 'It's not mine. “or "It's mine."
At this time, speak quietly not to be discovered by other group members.
3. Each group will come to the front, and act out the scripts they made. The other students must say, "What a nice !"
"Whose is this?"
4. Each group guesses whose item it is, and chooses one person.
5. If it's correct, the group will get a group point. If no one gets a correct answer, the group acting out will get a group point.

Here is a PowerPoint to introduce the Storybox lesson (Little Women). It consists of a few slides with images and simple descriptions of the four girls and their home, followed by a segment from the cartoon video introducing each girl.

I haven't done the lesson yet, but I'm hoping this will make it a little more interesting for the kids. (Note: I adapted the basic format from a PPT by user adamzero.)

For week one I introduced the possessive cases with the power point and then walked around grabbing students items and asked "is it yours" to review. After, we played a 7-up game. Give the 7 students at the front 7 items,  then they put the item by a student. Everyone will say together "Whose ___________ is this?" The students will then guess "is it yours _______(name)". extremely simple, low prep yet fun game and keeps the students interested. The worksheet afterwards went over okay too. Should fill 40 minutes, leave 5-10 mins for the worksheet.

I know its really late, but I think this will be useful for future Storybox lessons.
This is a more interactive/fun way to check their comprehension and listening skills.

You can use the template for any Storybox lesson or any dialogue/reading.

(EDIT:) I realized i can just make a ppt for the Fun and Fun game, so here's an edited ppt including slides for  fun and fun 1. it was just way too much work to tape the pictures and take them down. again and again..(EDIT)

Here are the picture for Fun and Fun 1. I cropped the images from the CD and made them into images. You can print them out on A4 sheets.

I also made a ppt to review "What a/an ____ ____!" There's some Korean to help the kids out. The ppt reviews the Fun and Fun 1 pictures as examples.

Cheers.

Simple vocab ppt. Goes along with our speaking test books but comes from the chapter.

Simple FITB reading dialogue for the look and listen of unit 1 listening. My CoT was advised to try this by an expert KET.

Bingo sheets and call card for 3.1.

There are 34 different cards so that each student will have a different one.

Found some interesting pictures on the internet and made a ppt presentation to practice "What a ____ ____!" I used it as motivation and review at the beginning of the lesson. The pictures were interesting enough for the kids to get excited. And they came up with some creative sentences ;D
The last slide is for Story Box during group presentations so you can ignore it or use it.

Whose Song is This?
I saw this powerpoint in an earlier post, I changed most of it it and updated all the songs! Here are the answers:

01. SHINee- Dream Girl
02. B1A4- Tried to Walk
03. SNSD- I Got a Boy
04. INFINITE- Man in Love
05. Teen Top- Miss Right
06. Sistar 19- Gone Not Around Any Longer
07. GD- Michi Go
08. BtoB- Second Confession
09. Ailee- I'll Show You
10. INFINITE H- Special Girl
11. 2Yoon- 24/7
12. C.N. Blue- I'm Sorry

I just used this as a warm up. I had student's repeat, "Whose song is this?" Then I'd press play and have them guess. I told them if they didn't use a full sentence to answer, we'd stop playing.

EDIT: Uploaded zip with songs. I previously posted the wrong one...

Flairalynn, can you post a zip file with all the mp3s? I think many of us, well at least me, need them in the folder with the ppt to make it work. Thanks it looks really good and my students loved the first version.

Edit: Works great! Thanks again!

AWESOME!  I'm totally using this for the _other_ YBM book's lesson 4 ("Whose dress is this?"), and I'm gonna post the link on that thread so others can easily find it, too.

When I played the older version of this game, I had the students listen (hopefully quietly, but usually not so much), and then guess which letter had the correct group.  If they found it the first time, they got 3 points.  If not, the next team could guess and get 2 points.  Wrong again, 3rd team guesses for 1 point.  When they find the right answer, they have to say "It's XXX's song" to get the points.

Thanks so much for doing the work to update this great game!

I edited the original Catch the Words PPT from another user to review key words and sentences from this lesson.
Also, my Korean co-teacher made a good PPT to practice "What a nice MP3 player!" The students enjoyed the last one where they filled in the blank for "What a .......... teacher!"
I made a Sentence Race activity where I print the set of sentences for each group, cut up each word and put them into an envelope. I call out a sentence and the students in each group find the words and put the sentence together.
