(Demeta Gates) Grade 3, Lesson 2 - "How Many Tigers?"
« on: April 06, 2011, 01:14:57 pm »
I don't have a lot but here are modified powerpoints from last year's lesson which was very similar.  I like to teach them full sentences from the beginning so I tend to use "There are ten puppies" and so on.

Don't forget to teach them "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed"

Here is a powerpoint to teach spelling for 1 to 10 (easy enough to add more if you want to go higher) and a matching worksheet

Here is a worksheet with vocabulary, key sentences, listen and speak 1 & 2, Story Time, Bingo game, and a wordsearch. The vocab and key sentences also have the Korean. For homework they must write their vocab and key sentences 3 times. If they did then the next class we can play the bingo game.
Also I have made a New Words PPT. For each slide we practice saying the letter, then the sound it makes, then the new word comes up and we practice saying it. Then the Korean meaning comes up. Then a sentence that the words goes in. Hope you find all this helpful. There are so little resources with this book.
