Fair enough Rowdie... But it should be noted that much of the material that I've come across on Waygook includes something offensive like that. People (overweight or whatever the case may be) will often be described as "ugly", for example.

I don't think it's impossible to make this topic workable...but..it just begs the question of, why?  There are better, safer ways to teach introducing a friend.

Still, the way it was presented in this PPT is the biggest problem, not the topic itself. 
As Rowdie pointed out, it's completely tasteless. My first thought when I saw the "taking one for the team" slide was "It would suck to be fat in that class"...and doubly so if you're a girl. 

The videos were about hooking up 
Let's call it what it is, the purpose of going to a bar with a wingman is to pick up girls to get some action.
  It was clear that that was the intent of the guys in the videos. 

and yea, not the first PPT i've seen with inappropriate material, but this one was especially bad.
