Recycled from the previous textbook, thanks to another teacher for the ppt. Updated it for current book.

Missing picture game to practice on the vocabulary, last slide left blank intentionally for kids to name all the objects.

This was created for period 1 of this lesson.
There are 2 video clips, the URLs are in the notes section with the slide you need it for.
At the end is an ABC practise time for 2 reasons
1 - they still need to practise with writing
2- My CT said she has told them to bring their notebooks to every class but still hasn't used them, so she wants them to do this. lol

Here is a "Zoom in 'What is it?' Game" I made.

It features the key items from the textbook, plus a few more things.

Here are the objects/animals I included: Bee, Doll, Snake, Cookie, Computer, Strawberry, Banana, Ball, Apple, Cow, Robot, Cherry, Book, Bird, Candle, Pencil, Notebook, Pencil Case.

Guess who's back, back again.
I am back, here are my plans.

Attached is my ppt lesson. it has the vocab, phrases, an explanation of 'this' and 'that' and when to us 'a' and 'an'. Halfway through it has an 'Extreme Close Up' (Wayne's World anyone??) game included. The answers are notebook, book, pencil case, doll, piano, bag, door, pencil, mom, and eraser.

I plan on using the activity from page 23 as a starter and then moving to my Ultra Sweet Secret Plan. (stated below.)

Also included is one of my World Famous board games that blesses you with its knowledge.

A simple role play worksheet for lesson 2 period four. Students can fill in their own lines on the blanks. I recommend giving role plays a try in your class!

To follow with LizzyM post.

I wrote out the dialogue from the video for students to read off of and also to replace the items with their choices of objects via fill-in the blanks. I also provided some simple words that they can fill-in.

Please note: I randomly gave the 2 boys in the video names since they were not mentioned.
