"Sorry" review game for chapters 7-10. I used travelinpantsgirl's
template but changed it a lot to suit my style. (Thanks for the template though! It saved me a lot of time.) I cut out small colored stickers for the students to use as game pieces. I also made a VERY detailed PowerPoint to explain this. It's a complicated game, after all.
EDIT: After playing this game with my students, it became clear that's it's almost impossible to finish this game in one class with the full rules of the game. The board is so small that students are getting sent back to start left and right and don't have a chance to get to their finish line. It was frustrating for them. So, I have made some changes.
1. Students can move a piece onto the board with either a 1 OR a 2.
2. "Back to Start" spaces were removed and made into a safe space.
3. If two students land on the same square, they DO NOT go back to start. I realize this is the premise of "Sorry," but it doesn't work well on such a small board.
