Here is a Stand Up, Sit Down activity for listening class. We gave each student a sentence, had them translate it into Korean, with help, and then listened to the listening track from the book. When they heard their sentence they stood up and stayed standing. We then listened again and paused after each sentence so that students could give their translation. We then answered some questions about what they heard.
We used the "May I speak to" file for the reading class. we divided the class into three groups and gave them each a different dialogue (page 1). They had to practice reading the dialogue with a partner. We then asked for two student volunteers from each group to read out loud. The other groups filled in the blanks on their worksheets (page 2) and then answered the questions on the back of the worksheet (page 3) using the completed dialogues.
