Hi guys! So I have to teach this review as an open class, so I thought it'd be helpful to post some resources. (Feel free to modify, and use this for each chapter individually as well).

1.) I showed them a Sesame Street video and asked them some questions that I wrote on the board to remind them of the unit involving feelings. I started by asking them "How are you feeling today?"

2.) My co-teacher came up with a great "Guess Who" game to practice comparatives. She prepared a small bag and printed out students' names on strips of paper. (Boys on green paper, girls on red paper). One student came up and took a paper. Ask them not to reveal the name. Students have to ask questions "Is she taller than you?" "Is she bigger than you?" "Is her hair longer than yours?" etc.
-This could also be a group activity. Have students brainstorm questions and write them down. Give them 20-30 seconds to come up with the questions.
-If it's too difficult, tell the student at the front of the class to give one word English hints. (Ex: Glasses, Bangs).
-It also helps to ask students if they remember any comparative words other than "taller" brainstorm as a class before the activity starts and write them on the board so they can refer to it.

3.) Pass the Ball Game: I used the nyan cat template I found on here, and the kids love the soundtrack. This file is also a type of "disappearing dialogue" activity, so it's a great way to jog their memory.

This is for writing. It's a four corners game. I let them work in partners, so that one writes, and the other physically walks to the corner in the room. You can modify that however.  Then a bomb goes off and students get points if they were not in the bomb corner. Students really like it and once you teach the procedures, they are good with it.
