Role play: This may work for you depending on the level of your students. Here's a list of role play scenarios based off of the textbook. I explained each scenario and then had them get in groups and pick one per group. Then they had to write out a dialogue in English and perform it (next class). It takes up at least one whole period. Be sure to provide lots of examples and direction for making the script.
