Here's a really good review game.  I didn't make the template, just modified it to fit this grade.  Please look through the game so you know how it works.  I would also give your students a clue about the hack part (tell them that where the timer stops is the amount of points they get, also they have to "catch" the sentence). Also, the part that has the hidden picture is all pictures about school subjects (once again where the timer stops is the amount of points they get). Hope this helps someone.
