Simple intro to the review lesson to help them remember.
Also, a blazing pens game with some of the expressions.
Update:
Blazing pens game fixed. Sorry about the errors.

Book Hunt game I edited from chanelm. Thank you for the idea!
I had them work with a partner.
Fill-in answers that they had previously completed were not valid and were not used as part of the book hunt. If you decide to use fill-ins as part of your book hunt, make sure you update the page numbers in the answer sheet.

Here is a Cowboy Game I combined from past Cowboy Games. If you've never played the cowboy game basically you have approx 6 teams of 4 students. You pick two teams to play each other. They make two lines and one student from each team turns there back to the screen and when they hear the gun or you count to three they have to turn around and answer the question or read the sentence. The student that answers the fastest and correctly earns a point for their team. I usually have each student play through twice in one round. There are enough slides for two rounds. My students love this game.

Here's a Christmas themed review game that covers 8-13.
I didn't include any points because I'm going to play a White Elephant style game. Give a correct answer, take a gift box from under the tree. Next correct answer can steal the previous box or take a new one, etc. Goes until every person has a box. Inside the boxes will be paper that either gives them a candy or a punishment (pushups, writing, etc)e test.

Christmas themed pass the ball review game for lessons 8-12. I borrowed some pictures and such from other review games. Unfortunately I don't know how to change the music, so it doesn't match the Christmas theme.

Charades
I would like to do charades in the last lesson. It's a fun way to wrap up and the kids love to act and score points for their team. Even the shy kids tend to get involved. Hope you guys like it!
I made it from scratch.
