Here are a couple of Golden Bell review games, one for the first semester and one for the second semester.  You could have students do these in their notebooks or with whiteboards.  The number in the circle in the upper left corner of each question slide is the number of points that question is worth.  My third graders are pretty low level, so you might need to make the answers less obvious/distinct from each other if your students are higher level.  Or change some questions.
