Sorry if this is posted elsewhere, but I have searched and haven't found this thread anywhere else.  Does anybody use the older version of the High School English Conversation book, orange and white, with 3 smiling white students on the cover?  I'm forced to start using this book with juniors and am a little lost on how to get started with the material.  Any advice would be appreciated.  I included the index.  Thank you.
