This is an activity I used with my first grade middle school students for the Free Semester.  Our semester topic was U.S. holidays.  It's a mad lib activity.  The last five pictures are for a Hot Seat game.

The words in the ppt are examples.  The students can use them, or another word that meets the criteria.  I try to encourage creativity.

I gave the students the papers already folded in half.
