I tried to make the questions get progressively harder as the dollar amount goes higher, but you may like to tweak some of them. Only for upper level elem-adults. These question are just basic trivia and not necessarily ESL book related.
My kids go nuts for this game.
Note: for the spelling category you will have to memorize or write down the words behind each dollar amount so that you can say them for the students to spell.
