I had a camp in December and I covered the Lunar New Year. I was supposed to cover the Lantern Festival but I kind of just touched on it in my lesson. I have attached my materials.

For the craft my CoT order paper lanterns with LED lights. They came in an easy to assemble packet. However, if the budget is tight, you can always make DIY lanterns.

The students also wrote their New Year wishes on tissue paper that we folded and placed in the lanterns. However, I have attached a template you can use.
