I'm interested in this, too. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've found it's a lot how you play certain games.
For example, I play Bomb Games from this site in my class.  It was good, but unfortunate because there would be a team of 4 students and the smartest student would always answer.  Then the other students would just defer to the smart student.
I now make it so that every time a team answers a question, a new student has to answer it.  At the very least, the team tells the other student the answer and they have to say it (which I hope helps imprint it in their brain at least a little more than it would otherwise).

Yeah - basically, every team-based game where the team points are counted via a sum of individual performances.
