Hours: MWF 1:25-6:20 (class from 2:25-6:20) TTH 1:40-8:00 (class from 2:40-8:00)
Contract Pay: Negotiable (2.5 Minimum).
Requirements: 3+ years teaching experience, In-Class Tesol or equivalent, management/ head teacher experience preferred.
Benefits: 2 weeks vacation plus national holidays, severance equal to one month’s pay, national pension, insurance, return airfare (if returning home) 400,000 won monthly housing stipend or one room apartment.
Details: We are looking for an experienced teacher to take over a full-time teaching position that includes head-teacher duties. The applicant will also be in charge of hiring foreign teachers and eventually, training them as well, once they have been properly trained themselves. The class sizes range from 3-12, ages range from grade 1 - grade 12, but 80 percent are in Elementary school. Curriculum is excellent, digital blackboard in every classroom, students are very polite and cute. Only serious applicants with the necessary experience need apply.
