I'm making a situational english afterschool class for elementary and the post office will be one of them so thank you for this, very helpful as a starting point, really good.

Found that the definitions were way too difficult for Tech HS. Modified with pictures and changed some ads that youtube took down.

Here is a powerpoint I made.  Students enjoy figuring out the dialogues and you can get them to do a roleplay!
