Here's some materials for the start of lesson 3. The language focus is on 'What are you going to do this weekend' and the the response 'I'm going to~'

It's a pretty basic lesson staring with some riddles, then review from Lesson 2. For the first riddle when the kids say 'I love you' you gotta say it back. It's a good laugh. Anyway, then introduce the language, practice a bit, and then worksheet and listening. Finally there's a game where the students make sentences on their white board, and the best sentences get points.  A couple of the pictures in there are a little random, but It's kind of funny just to see what they write.

Hope you enjoy.

P.S. the woman on the girlfriend slide is a member of Red Velvet. I tell all my students that she's my girlfriend. They never believe me :(

Thanks for the materials!

There doesn't seem to be a whole lot out there for this chapter.  Here are some things I found from previous years that work for this lesson.  They can certainly be edited to fit a bit better but hopefully it makes life easier for some people : )

I used the 'school club poster' from page 51 and had students make their own in groups of four. Firstly we talked about hobbies and clubs, then outlined what information the posters had to include. To wrap up we voted for the best one.

I put together this material for the first part of this lesson.
Basically I plan to present the powerpoint, and then split the students into groups of 4,
and have each group pick a category. Each student within the group will pick
a favorite thing or person within that category and then give a reason why
they like that thing or person. After giving them some time to write I will then
have the students present their favorite thing and reason why they like it to the
whole class. I haven't tried this yet in the classroom, but I've done a similar
activity which worked fairly well for my level 3 students. I'll report back
on how well this went.
