Here's my stuff.

It's a little too late for anyone to use this year, but it might come in handy for someone down the line ;)

I'm including part one and two. Part one is a bit boring, but covers the basics, while part two is more review plus game. I've included an adaptation of the mystery box bomb game. It's pretty fun and usually gets a good reaction out of the kids.

Oh and here's like a bonus lesson thing I did based on page 93.  This lesson wasn't the most successful ever, but maybe you can adapt the idea or materials to what you need.
First we review the concepts from the previous weeks, then we play a casino style game where the students bet money on whether the sentence is grammatically correct or not. They kind of struggled with this idea, and a lot of the groups ended up just guessing randomly and losing everything
After the casino the students must plan their trip. Each group gets one sheet, and then the must move around the room and look at the destinations they can go to. Tape these along with the picture to the walls around the classroom.
In the end it's just whole class feedback asking where each group went and why.
