Anyone know how to get in touch with the admins of this website??????

They have completely ignored any post that I have submitted. I've also directly messaged moderators, at least 3 AND NO RESPONSES FROM ANY OF THEM. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Are you after a moderator or an admin? There is only 1 admin. His name is Arsalan

I am not sure what exactly you are after, but there are things that only the admin can do. A lot of the moderators are not very active recently as most of them are now doing masters degrees or have left Korea. I am at a travel school on Fridays and so unable to get online on Fridays but am here the rest of the week.

What can we do for you?

I hate to post this, but I have exhausted all other means. I would like the links (threads or whatever you call them) to the new 3rd and 4th grade books open. Currently, the links for a about a quarter book my school uses are open.

A few weeks ago, I have emailed the moderator who created the threads asking to open them. After nothing changed, I tried again about a week later. No reply, links still closed.

Then, I emailed Arsalan about it. No reply, links still closed.

Finally, I emailed a moderator that I know in person, who doesn't live in Korea anymore and is currently in a place with limited internet connection. They tried to help me, but the links are still closed.

Can someone open these links please?

I am wondering what we are all paying for if you are not going to give us a chance to share and access materials from this website.

I need to contact admins too but seems like many of them haven't even been logged in on Waygook in months. I paid for a year subscription back in March but recently I have not been able to see any attached files to download. When I checked my subscriptions it said I didn't have any. How come its not working anymore? I still have months left on my subscription.... Ugh..

If you are generally confused and need help/can't find something, then the tab at the top labeled "I am Lost" is for you.

When hovering your mouse over the tab, you will see a short drop-down menu with options:

Frequently Asked Questions
Subscriptions
Help Forum
Contact an Admin

If you click on "Contact an Admin" you will be directed to a page that explains some things about subscriptions, has a few recent help threads, and has the current list of Waygook.org staff on the right side of the page. Clicking on their name will take you to their profile where you should be able to send them a private message. Most PMs also send us a notification to our email, so it shouldn't take too long before we notice.

That said, there are occasions where PMs go unanswered for one reason or another. (Sorry Piggydee) Most common reason being, we are simply really busy at the time or haven't checked our email for a while. I've also found them in my spam folder randomly at times.

Ok, but can you unlock the threads I requested? In the time you took to reply to this thread, you could have done what I requested. The threads are still locked.

She means all the chapters to have their own open threads so she can post materials. I think. Most of them are closed.

I also would like those threads to be unlocked (specifically the 2018 cheonjae 4th grade book)

Thanks Janitor, I do mean the 3rd and 4th grade book. The books I use are Daekyo, but the books for all the threads need to be opened.
