I paid for the annual subscription on June 18, and forgot that I did not cancelled monthly subscription....and monthly one was paid automatically on Jun 20....could you cancel the June 20 transaction???

Something similar happened to me. June 2018 I paid for a 1 year subscription and June 2019 I was billed again for another year. I was under the impression I just ordered 1 year not a reoccurring subscription. If any admin could refund me I would really appreciate that, as I’m no longer an English teacher abroad.
