Here is a PPT that I used  to supplement the lesson in the textbook for the English-speaking-countries culture class.  I usually try to limit the amount of text in the PPTs that I make, so this may not be much help.

The last slide includes a clip from one of the Obama/McCain debates, in which McCain does not use any eye contact when speaking.  I had the students discuss their opinions on this.
