The perfect cup... Costa Rica grown, a bought from the farm. Brewed sitting on the porch in the rain forest of Sarapiquí. Sometimes black with a bit of bread, and sometimes with 1-2 teaspoons of pure raw cane sugar.

I love me just a basic french vanilla(flavor not syrup) drip coffee, but the creme de la creme for me is a latte with a smidge of pumpkin syrup and coconut milk/foam  :azn:

In terms of coffee?

Black.

Any coffee seed, without sugar, milk, syrup or flavoring.

The seed (looks like a bean but isn't really)  of that plant is actually good for the human liver (for you alcoholics out there), though it decreases blood flow/increases hypertension. The science is clear.

A bean is a kind of seed as well. The distinction is that a bean is a seed from the legume family (the pod would be the fruit).  :undecided:

Technically...
A coffee bean is a berry seed.
A vanilla bean is an orchid fruit.
A peanut is a bean.
A strawberry isn't a berry.
Bananas, eggplant, and avocados *are* berries.
Rhubarb, and prickly pears are vegetables.
Tomatoes, olives, and capsicum are fruit.

What a crazy crazy world!

All beans are seeds but not all seeds are beans.

Coffee "beans" are in no way beans: they are seeds. But someone once called them that, and the name stuck.

Like native American people being called "Indians".

it (coffee) decreases blood flow/increases hypertension. The science is clear.

It doesn't give you chronic hypertension, it just raises your blood pressure temporarily after you drink it.

Coffee is certainly good for the liver.

As Dr. Greger reviews/profiles the scientific literature at  www.nutritionfacts. org

Korea #1 Coffee Story

Yup, Maxim is the only coffee Koreans drink, just like Americans and Folger's crystals.

i used to work at the company that makes maxim/kanu/etc (동서식품). they said instant "mix" coffee sales have been dramatically slipping in recent years, due to people buying coffee in cafes and also offices having fancy coffee machines. younger people are also worried about how many calories are in each cup, too

not sure what my point is. goodbye

I know the guy who has the rights to distribute Keurig machines in Korea. Nespresso had a huge head start in the market, but he’s doing well with it.
