Happy New Year :)

My coteacher wanted to teach a New Year's Resolutions lesson for 5/6th graders so I created this PPT that talks about some popular resolutions. Since it's online, I tried to keep it pretty easy to follow and understand. Hopefully they can come up with many more resolutions that are relevant to their lives.

I wanted to add a section about how 'resolutions' are not as easy to achieve as 'goals' and how they could use this lesson more effectively in their lives. But with being online and also elementary school, I didn't think it necessary to make it more difficult than it should be. However, I created a small hidden lesson for upper level students or Middle Schoolers to expand upon a pretty easy topic.
