Just a warning to all TEFL Teachers, Students, and Schools about this foreigner who goes my many names including Ian, Walter, Louis, and Keith depending on who he is trying to impersonate at the time. Sometimes he makes calls as an "interested Principal who wants to hire you" or an IELTS examiner, or a admissions director of a famous university. Whatever his real name is, he has been blacklisted since 2014 and you need to learn more about him before you hire him for any purpose. DO NOT PAY HIM ANY FEE and do not give him a color photograph of yourself, nor let him hold your passport, nor sign any contracts with him. He has been reported for skimming salaries, baiting and switching jobs for teachers in China, Korea, and Taiwan, and if you reject his crappy job offers, he will still make money from you by selling your personal information to identity thieves and resume brokers. Maybe you should just read for yourself colleagues;
