I wonder why the media focuses on the puppies that were experimented on.   Much more notable from this book are the foster children in the 90s who were experimented on with toxic experimental HIV drugs. 
Who on here is going to defend foster children being used?
And before that one guy speaks I just want him to know that they were mostly black and hispanic foster children.

Misleading.

     According to Dr. Kline (one of the directors in charge of the AIDS drug research) , the tests *included* foster children, but did not target them. In his interview, he stated that foster children comprised about 5% to 10% of the children in the study.
    As most of these kids were dying of HIV, denying foster kids the opportunity to take part in the study would be denying them an opportunity to survive what was at the time a guaranteed death sentence.

     The controversial aspect of the trials did not relate to the trial itself, but rather that the foster children were not given 3rd party overseers who would monitor them in the same way that the parents of the other children would. There was also controversy about the ethics of minors giving informed consent.

These heads of departments have to take responsibility, they can't just say oh we farm corona viruses out to China and who knows, I have a portfolio to keep track of and money to grant to groveling peasants researchers.

What does this have to do with anything? Yes, I'm sure that the pharmaceutical companies who are producing the vaccines area making a killing. That would be Capitalism at work. What of it? Bill Gates has done a lot of philanthropic work (he can certainly afford to), but he undoubtedly benefits from his investments too. Hardly shocking.

That would be factually true, yep.
 Now why don't you go on and mention that they used those exact same experimental drugs on thousands of other children as well (with their parents' consent), or that intubation necessary when a child can no longer effectively eat or take oral medication (ie when dying of AIDS), or that Antiretroviral therapy medication is and has always been highly toxic, but has proven highly successful in extending and improving quality of life for both adults and children afflicted with AIDS _{([urlhttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23963694/]source[/url])}?
