This is from a Wechat group I'm in. Cheap and dirty way to get a provisional Massachusetts teaching license:
So I will share with you a way to get US license in Massachusetts.
-it's a provisional License
-no need for a teacher prep program
- cost about 500 USD and 2 or 3 months to get
- don't need to be American to get it
- it lasts forever unless you start teaching in MA.
- note that it cannot be transferred to other States as it's provisional and cannot be used for qts reciprocity.
- however once you have it you can upgrade it at anytime to full License by doing a teacher prep program like Moreland.
- advantage is that there are fewer tests you need as they use MTELs instead of praxis
-if you upgrade to full License, it then can be used to apply for reciprocity for qts (tho you will need to research this as I haven't yet, but other folks have done this with other states)
- full License can be transferred to other States too.
Here are the details

a@mass.gov email all of your information, ask for ELAR Account temporary ID
You can apply for the License and they will just use an invalid social security number to get you lined up in the system so you can register for the tests.

That info is in here. You need to have your degree translated and notarized by one of these agencies
