Solid gold. Your name for him triggered some of my own head canons. What do you guys think vans real name is? As this is my first post out of moderation hell, I should deign to say that this is not a doxxing attempt, just a bit of a giggle with word association and his stories.

I've actually tried on a few occasions to google search him, for the times when he says he was a reporter. Not to dox him but to just find out who is this award-winning reporter turned editor. It should be easy given all the info that has been posted by his Lordship, but no luck...bet L I could do it  8)

Jewish AND Hungarian ridicule.

Quite a day. Quite a day.

Help others, especially animals. Say what you think, being considerate of others. Appreciate more than deprecate. Teach well and jump on teachable moments. Enjoy Korea as it is, without changing it. Yet, at times, change your life for the better. "The most important [thing] is to have a good day."

Payback's a bitch. Years of you ridiculing us. Now you know how we felt. Not a good feeling is it!

Why did you alter your non-sensical initial post? You think people don't check. We watch you very carefully.

Anyway, no one is ridiculing Jewish or Hungarian people. Posters here are not ...ist anything or anyone. Read carefully and you will understand why what has been written, was written. It's all about you...don't you just love it!

1. Ask for explanations and complain when clarification is given. Huh.
2. Payback by slurring ethnicity of family? Of grandparents you only know the ethnicity of which because of a post of them being killed for having it?
3. Mods have a job to do. Trolling and flamming and character assassination used to be off limits pre-Twit era.
4. Isn't this the eleventh straight attack post by you JB. Seriously, what has offended you so much? I apologize whatever it is. It ain't fun living with hatred or hostility, given or received.
5. Have a good holiday weekend.
Help others, especially animals. Say what you think, being considerate of others. Appreciate more than deprecate. Teach well and jump on teachable moments. Enjoy Korea as it is, without changing it. As an experienced newspaper writer, you should have gotten the play on words without seeing an ethnic attack.

Didn't like that title?

How about "Vante's Inferno" for your next book of imaginative stories. Cause reading them all is quite frankly (pun intended) a divine comedy.

Have you ever read the replies to any of your posts, on any thread? What is the common theme from most posters? Yes! You guessed right...ridicule, sarcasm, and disbelief.

Didn't we time and time again try to get rid of you as a mod. Years of complaints. Why do you think over 80% of posters wanted this. You have a very short memory.

Really? The eleventh straight attack, Wrong! I have tried many times to be nice to you over the years...more than any other, but each time you blew it with some stupid condescending remarks. Ask anyone, they'll confirm my patience with you. Christ, even up to a few days ago I was trying to engage you in ordinary conversation...you know, running and walking, pickling beets...then you went and got all strange again and posted weird things (and I'm not just talking about the Terry Fox discussion). You are exhausting and why should I bother anymore. Chinguetti's Theorem is correct and it is what I need to remember.

What offends me...Ask everyone else. They will tell you the same thing. If you don't know, then what can I say? You have learned nothing. And you still can't read the room.

Thanks Savant. Nicely said.

1. Man, do not make any decision in your life based on ridicule, sarcasm and disbelief from strangers you have never met.
2. I sometimes read the replies but GAFing is harder to do when there's only repeated venom met.

You have a very short memory.
Indeed. A+ in Physics but B (not even a friggin' plus) in Biology in high school because memorizing countless USELESS SEEMING DETAILS for some unstated future year payoff wasn't worth it.

I have always gravitated toward things that make me motivated. If one doesn't value something, don't waste your time; sacrifice for others not some sense of what's probably good for your future.

I read it. I just baulk or pan.

Tell your truth. Life ain't a popularity contest (*gasp* shhh... remember clicks!).

I have worked four hagwons in twenty years.
I have had multiple students (4) say - in different years, that i was their best teacher ever. The first time you get that... is enough to fuel you for a long time. Give it your all from the second you step in until the last second you exit the door (then your free time whatever).

I have lost a lot in my life, so am living life unabashedly and honestly, warts and all (never have had a literal wart; acne though);  60% of humanity either struggles for food, shelter or safety, or is battling cancer, other family illness. I will one day sleep with my ancestors, as the bible states countless times.

Until then, I'll follow a wise man's advice and have a good day. A full 8 hours of work on weekdays, no deskwarming website surfing then! That's time to upgrade your lessons. We all know we can always do better. When we have the time, we should put in the time. Unless sick or tired, i tell myself that every day at work. The best part of every day is classtime!

Or family!

It's a new year: May it be good for you and yours!
