I took this idea from another thread for teaching adults. My after-school students love this game, and allowing them to basically dictate the answers was great. They went nuts. You could presumably do this with larger groups, but it would be a lot of work.

I spent one day allowing the students to complete the survey, then I tallied their answers and just edited the categories (double click on the answer to change the text). There are some teacher / city specific questions and answers that you'll have to change, but everything else is self-explanatory.

Different people play different ways. Myself - I put them into groups and simply have them guess in turns.

The top answer gets 5 points, second top 4 and so on and so forth.

Wow. Students hate a teaching that just translating a language to another.

Thanks for sharing.  I really enjoy this activity and I think my students will too.  I want to incorporate the survey portion into my lessons next year.

This hasn't been addressed at all in the thread, but there are several grammatical errors in the slides, most notably the use of "chose" instead of "choose."
